Caribbean Roasters is a part of the tradition of coffee in the Islands. All of our coffee is roasted in the Caribbean. Roasting began in 1931 with the Melizans, a Trinidadian family with a coffee plantation and Jose Perez, a Cuban coffee connoisseur and roast master. More than eighty years later the tradition lives on in Cafe Trinite.
