Peera is a unique Trinidad East Indian dish made from wheat flour & flavored with ghee (clarified butter). milk, sugar & spices. The mixture is traditionally poured into a baking dish to set. Its color varies from a creamy white to a caramel color. When Chatak's Peera Methai mix is set and cooled it is cut into squares and makes the perfect sweet snack for all occasions.
