West Indian Pride Pickled Star Gooseberry also know in the Caribbean Islands as Sour Cherry! Gently soaked in brine. This sour cherry is definitely a favorite for chow or even eaten with some salt and pepper! Delicious anyhow you have it!
I hadn't eaten sour cherry/gooseberry for years and I was happy when I came across this item was available for purchase on Island MishMash. It was great. I enjoyed it. I will be purchasing it again shortly.
